Duties:
- Associate's Degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent related work experience.
- Two to five years of basic desktop and network technical support in a help desk capacity.
- Proficient in troubleshooting telephone and desktop equipment systems. Certified professional in computer maintenance and repair or equivalent work experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred (not required)
- Responsible for the day to day operation of the Help Desk.
- Answers and documents calls placed to the help desk, documents problem resolution, and strives for first-call resolution for customers relying on the help desk.
Skills:
