Help Desk Representative


 

Schedule Notes: The hours are M-F, 7:30 – 4

Duties:

  • Associate's Degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent related work experience.
  • Two to five years of basic desktop and network technical support in a help desk capacity.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting telephone and desktop equipment systems. Certified professional in computer maintenance and repair or equivalent work experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred (not required)
  • Responsible for the day to day operation of the Help Desk.
  • Answers and documents calls placed to the help desk, documents problem resolution, and strives for first-call resolution for customers relying on the help desk.

Skills:

  • Associates Degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent related work - Required
  • Basic desktop and network technical support in a help desk capacity - Required: 2 Years
  • Certified professional in computer maintenance and repair or equivalent work experience - Required
  • Healthcare experience - Highly desired
  • Proficient in troubleshooting telephone and desktop equipment systems - Required

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
