- Based in Kerikeri, lead the operations function for a successful branch
- Monday to Friday 7.30am - 2.30pm and every third Saturday
- Oversee installation deadlines, stock control and ordering processes
You will be in charge of making sure our projects are completed on time and to excellent standard through strong communication with the customer and relevant internal teams. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will also control stock incoming and outgoing as well as ordering new product for jobs which will including building a relationship with our suppliers.
Skills and Responsibilities
This is an important business function to keep operations running smoothly across our residential and commercial sectors. You will liaise with the residential, insurance and commercial sales teams and customers as well as scheduling both waged and contracted flooring installers to complete jobs within schedule and ensure KPI’s and budgets are met across the region.
- Project manage the installation of all customer orders
- Manage product procurement and logistics activities
- Act for and on behalf of our customers to ensure a speedy resolution on claims
- Set, monitor and review installers work schedule
- Oversee the warehouse operations staff
- Support and develop the warehouse and installation teams
- Ensure company and off-site Health and Safety standards are met and upheld by all teams
