Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer enquiries on credit card
Handle customer complaints and other assigned customer services.
Provide service in compliance to all internal and external regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Post-secondary or above.
7 x 24 shift duties is needed
Experience in call centre or banking industry
Matriculated or above
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
