Who we're seeking
A true cultural ambassador who is familiar with Indigenous Culture and People. You will be responsible for building and leading an effective team that works collaboratively across Voyages Ayers Rock Resort to work towards strategic goals. You engage with internal and external stakeholders and networks to improve and implement culturally appropriate pathways for Anangu and Indigenous participation in economic, training and employment opportunities at Ayers Rock Resort. Experience in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, particularly those living across NPY and Central Australia Regions is highly regarded with at least 5 years of management experience working with Aboriginal communities in Remote Australia.
