Your Impact:
- Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant
- Building high-performance teams, identifying and coaching up-and-coming leaders
- Ensuring the highest quality of guest service through all contact points
- Implementing policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
- Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
- Working “hands on” in various Face of House and Heart of House positions
- 2 years of Leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree (priority given)
- Bilingual - English and Spanish (priority given)
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Proven track record of developing others
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
- Available to work 40-45 hours per week
- Complete Leadership Training Program
