McMullen Nolan Group (MNG), was formed in 1989 to provide alternative survey services in the land development industry. Since the company's inception MNG has been dedicated to providing personalised and innovative spatial solutions to both the Land Development and Engineering & Infrastructure sectors across Australia.
Today, our core business focus upon the provision of survey services to larger scale greenfields subdivision clients who have a dominant share of the Land Development market. Combined with our award-winning laser scanning technologies, primarily focused upon the Engineering and Infrastructure market, MNG is one of the pre-eminent survey businesses in Australia.

Job Description
What you bring to the table
You are a highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a sense of fun, the ability to work well under pressure and an absolute focus on exceptional client and customer service. You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of surveys for our valued clients, including but not limited to:
- Laser scanning projects - Terrestrial / Aerial / Mobile
- Imagery based capture - UAV (Drone) Surveys & Panoramic imagery
- Control Network Surveys
- Point cloud outputs and associated product derivatives. Digital data processing and generation of 3D Geospatial solutions
Qualifications and knowledge in surveying or previous experience within a similar role is highly desired. Applicants should pride themselves on strong team skills whilst also demonstrating the ability to operate independently and "think outside the square" to problem solve. The position would suit someone looking to take the next step within the innovative surveying sector and establish themselves within the 3D spatial surveying industry.
