The Role:
We are currently seeking a Data Entry/Admin superstar, with high attention to detail. This is a permanent position on offer, with full-time hours and training provided!
This role will be reporting to the Payroll Officer, who will guide and support you through your development.
Duties include:
- Ensure timesheets submitted from site are accurate and complete
- Data entry of timesheets into our payroll system
- Liaising with various staff members including Site Supervisors, Coordinators, Payroll and Staff
- Assist in handling & processing of general payroll enquiries
- Work closely with the Planning Department to ensure labour is allocated accurately against jobs
- General administration as required
The Requirements:
- Experience working within a fast-paced administration or data entry role
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a high level of initiative and proactiveness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop good working relationships
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to manage own workload
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and problem solve
