Role: Front Office Receptionist
Note: Preferred only Female candidates.
What you’ll do
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Take up other duties as assigned (Courier etc.)
- Taking care of the Peon in and out timings and maintaining the records.
Desired candidate
- Proven experience as front desk representative,
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. scanner,, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Should know to operate a multi-line phone.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Google apps including Google Docs and Sheets
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Must be a graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
