Who is a Service Coordinator?
The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and administrating service and maintenance requests drawn from the Maintenance Software system. As the first point of contact for our Clubs, the Service Coordinator will maintain a multitude of requests with great proficiency and professionalism.


What will you be doing?

  • Monitor maintenance software system throughout the day for service requests and schedule repairs accordingly
  • Handle service emergencies reported to third party call center during business hours and execute follow up on after hour calls
  • Follow up and respond to service email inquiries promptly
  • Provide support and follow up with Club Associates, Divisional Manager’s, Vice President’s and the Club Services team as required
  • Document vendor quotations in maintenance software system and obtain approval through appropriate process/channel
  • Obtain maintenance details of new Clubs and ensure information for existing Clubs is kept current in maintenance software system
  • Support scheduling and handling of service emergencies in the absence of other Service Coordinators
  • Procure facility parts and materials as required
  • Locate new service providers and coordinate vendor accounts as needed


Do you have what it takes?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative experience of some sort (i.e. Post-secondary education, Data Entry or Office related duties)
  • Ability to use Email, Internet, Basic Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Remain calm under pressure and can handle stress
  • Courteous and customer service driven
