We are looking for you as a System Architect for Capacity & Traffic Management at Digitale Schiene Deutschland for DB Netz AG located in Berlin as soon as possible.
Deine Aufgaben:
You specify capabilities, functionalities, and non-functional requirements of an automated real-time capacity and traffic management system for the digitalized railway of the future- You fundamentally re-think railway operations and processes based on our greenfield approach to digitalization and the possibilities opened by latest technologies, such as AI-based optimization
- In collaboration with our software implementation teams, you engage in evolutionary prototyping, running a highly iterative feedback loop between exploratory development and specification
- Together with stakeholders and parallel architecture teams, you specify interfaces with surrounding systems and actors, using the Arcadia approach
- As a member of international bodies such as Europe's Rail, you represent the interest of Digital Rail and harmonize the system architecture with other rail infrastructure managers as well as industry partners
Dein Profil:
You have successfully completed a university degree (Master/Diploma) in transport sciences, engineering, computer science or a comparable field- In at least one of the following fields, you have several years of professional experience
- Ideally, you are familiar with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and commonly used methods, frameworks, and tools
- You feel comfortable in an agile and self-organized work environment using modern organizational approaches and formats
- If you have excellent English and German language skills (at least B2 each), you’ve come to the right place
